Responsibility
The participants are participating at own risk. The organizer of Polardistans, or the volunteers, can not be held responsible for injuries on people or equipment before, during or after the race with less than that they have caused the injury.
The organizer of Polardistans can not be held responsible for injuries caused by the participants or their handlers.
The participants are held responsible for all probable injuries of his/hers dogs according to the strict responsibility of ownership (Swedish law 2007:1150). The participants are responsible for keeping the dogs in such way that it can not injure itself or others. Storage of dogs in cars that can cause injuries is under no circumstances allowed.
The participants are obliged to be well aware of the rules and instructions for the race and all other instructions from the organizer.
The participants are responsible for having the right insurance.
Personal information
The participants have, through their entry, given their consent for the organizer of Polardistans to assemble all personal information in a directory and also make information about the participants name public in any kind of media.
